Leo is a gastronomic concept that, under the vision of chef Leonor Espinosa, creates a sensory journey that redefines the narrative of Colombian gastronomy, celebrating its exuberant biodiversity.

Our proposal, named CICLOBIOMA, is inspired by the interconnection between human beings, cultural heritage, and the natural environment, honoring sustainability and local economies.
